Simple Two-Phase Divorce Strategy

There will be a winner and a loser of your divorce, to win you need to wipe that “we’re friends and this is going to go swimmingly” look right off your face. The strategy outlined here is designed to win a divorce. It does everything it can to put you in the position of power and its a simple two-step process that can be easily implemented by anyone facing divorce; this is the best divorce strategy there is.

It allows you to limit your wife’s options while getting you the absolute best legal representation possible. This is accomplished primarily through two simple and easily implemented phases:

Phase One – The Meeting:

  1. Look up the divorce attorneys in your area.

  2. Set up a meeting with one of them (namely one you think your wife would be likely to go to).

  3. Ensure you pay them for this introductory visit that way there is no mistaking that it is official.

Phase Two – The Lie:

During this meeting you are to tell one very specific fib. This fib is designed to create the illusion that your biggest concern is the opposite of whatever your real main concern is.

For example, if your main goal is to protect and hide your assets, your lie will be something completely unrelated to that such as being concerned your wife or her lawyers will find out about your extramarital affair.

If an affair/new girlfriend is what you are trying to hide then perhaps your lie will be that you are concerned about your wife/her lawyers discovering accounts that you have offshore. (that don’t exist.)

You then repeat this two-phase process with a couple other law offices in your area.

The benefits of doing this are enormous, firstly, it has given you the opportunity to meet with multiple legal counsel options so you should have a better idea of what they offer and which one is right for you. Second your wife will not be legally able to use any of the lawyers whom you met and paid. That would be a breach of their Canon of Ethics, they simply cannot represent both sides in a dispute and you’ve revealed to them something in confidence – your secret fib.

Finally, while lawyers know the law better than anyone – they ain’t saints. And just like in any other profession there is a tendency for people to gossip, if lawyers find themselves chatting about clients and your case gets brought up surely the most interesting part – the fib – is what would end up reaching the ears of your wife’s attorney, and then send them digging in the wrong spot.

Wasting your wife’s legal resources searching for accounts or affairs that absolutely do not exist can provide you valuable time to protect your assets and make the necessary steps to survive this thing.
